Warehousing & Consolidation

Shenzhen Warehousing & Multi-Supplier Consolidation

Coordinate receiving, consolidation and cargo preparation in Shenzhen before onward transport. Storage and handling arrangements are agreed for the goods you plan to send.

Plan the work before goods arrive

Prepare a supplier-by-supplier packing list

List each supplier's name, contact, order reference, product, carton count and expected ready date. Keep different orders identifiable and ask Chris for the receiving reference before suppliers label or dispatch cargo. Share any supplier changes so the receiving information stays aligned.

Match arrivals to your order list

Use the supplier references and expected package counts to identify which deliveries belong together. Tell Chris if some orders will arrive later, and agree whether to wait for them or plan separate shipments before dispatching the consolidated goods.

Choose the preparation needed

Tell us whether the cargo needs sorting, repacking, palletizing, wooden crating or labeling. Share product photos and handling concerns; packing materials, work scope and charges are confirmed for your order.

Plan the onward shipment

Let us know when all supplier orders are expected and how the combined goods will travel. Measurements and cargo photos can be requested to help confirm the final shipment plan.

Review the shipment after repacking

Crates, pallets and combined cartons can change the package count, dimensions and gross weight. Use the final packing information for the onward freight plan. Agree which receiving or packing photos you need, and confirm storage duration, packing materials and handling charges before work starts.
